I deleted the background images from the theme. If you would like, I could email them to you. I, too, Have had issues with the camera and photo icons loading on my phone. For some reason, this theme builder does not allow for them to replace the original icons on any phone.

I just had to reinstall this and now the background image is skewed and only showing a small portion of the image. In addition it looks like you updated the camera and photo app. However they are not showing up as well. I have an iPhone 4 but it seems not to be compatible with the newer changes. :( noess
