I made this theme for my brother, nothing special, well maybe not to anyone else but my bro really likes turtle so i surprised him with this on his iPod, if you like it, thank you for your support and if you have any requests for icons i will make them an update thank you.
To Complete this them i used a wallpaper from another app on cydia, i take no credit for the wall paper or the app you get the wallpaper from, i just wanted a live wallpaper and that one suited my need, check it out.!!! :D
heres the repo youll need to add for wallpaper: ( http://deb.danstaface.net/ ) and after adding the source go to search and search for ( vWallpaper2 for IOS5/ ) and inside the app go to manage current theme, then it there turn on video and in the video menu that will pop up select wave.pm4 and thats it.
